Keeping our focus

In keeping up with the daily news, the many events throughout the empire and its States distract people from our focus on self-rule for the South. Although it is unpleasant to consider what the Governor of Colorado will allow in the State or what is going on in New England. The actions in those States reflects the moral climate that has grown in those areas. It is not surprising that the tolerance of immorality and wickedness abounds in those areas where the Yankee mindset has managed to gain a strong foothold. Even though those areas need prayer and concern, we as Southrons need to maintain our focus on the South. We need to continue persevering in our struggle for self-rule rather than allowing the fringe elements of society to dictate by court rulings and fiat what is acceptable in our communities.

In an effort to keep our focus, I have placed a short speech by Dr. J. Michael Hill in the blog to bring you to remembrance what our focus needs to be.

Recalling the Waco shooting at Luby’s

In the following testimony given to Congress, one of the survivors of the Luby’s shooting in Waco gives their story. In her testimony she makes a STRONG case for the right to bear arms. This is a video I do not recall seeing. It is worth watching for history purposes and for continued awareness of second amendment rights and what they are about.

Link to video.

Let us not forget either Waco.

Doesn’t that just make you feel safer?

Recently, two young girls died after receiving their HPV vaccines in England. Initial reports do not see any link between the deaths and the vaccine (Gardasil) . The concern for me is that this is the same vaccine that Viceroy Rick Perry forced on Texas. I also was stunned at the price the girls paid for the vaccine, which is about $900 per shot. At prices like that no wonder Viceroy Perry wanted a piece of the action. I have concerns whenever the government forces vaccines on the population.

There are many problems with forced vaccines. One is that the government takes the role of “expert”. They claim to know what is best. Politicians deal with politics and government. They are not health experts. They push paper and develop strategies to implement policies. They do not know what are good health decisions. When they do stick their nose in the health field, it is usually from a public health stand point where they are looking at the population as a whole, and not as individuals. Health is an individual matter. In terms of medications and vaccines, since humans react differently to various chemicals, the choice of whether or not you need to inject your body with various chemicals needs to be considered on a case by case basis. You know what is best for your body, based on how you react to those chemicals. But wait, someone thinks it is government’s job to provide healthcare for the children. With such thinking politicians now make decisions concerning healthcare and then have to finance the mess they create. If I told you what to do regarding your healthcare, I could get sued for practicing medicine, but if David Dewhurst tells you, it’s OK, since he is a politician.

Freedom is a major concern for the League. Choices need to be back in the hands of the people rather than the current highly centralized nanny state. We need cultural, economic, political and health freedom. We need to make the decisions concerning our health, rather than letting bureaucrats make those choices for us. There is no way that the people in Austin or Mordor on the Potomac can be experts in border protection, highway construction, government funding, tax policy, immigration policy, education policy, the efficiency of government agencies, policing, digital rights management and healthcare at the same time. They are not geniesus. They do not have the capacity to know what is best across all the listed fields, much less the actual reality of how many fields they consider. They are not the “experts” in each of those areas. To accept their expertise is folly. It is sad that the two youngsters in Britain and their parents did not recognize this folly. Let us hope that we learn something from the death of Hollie Anderson.

Good article by Donnie Kennedy

Enclosed is the link to an excellent article by Donnie Kennedy on Dixie’s Unwelcome presence in Rosie O’Donnell’s America. In the article Donnie addresses some of the differences in the sections of America in a clear, plain manner which he is known for. He also includes some charts providing a state-by-state breakdown of liberal vs. Conservative-Evangelical Index. Seeing in print what we in the south have known is reassuring and at the same time unsettling. Seeing how the numbers stack up in terms of electoral votes makes it clear the importance of each state. The article is well worth the time spent taking it in and mulling over its content. It is a good pre-cursor to the presidential politics now afoot in the land.

God Save Dixie!

The 14th Amendment-an empire taboo

The 14th amendment which was used as a tool to hammer the Southern Confederacy into submission has become the Achilles heel of the empire. This amendment which was passed to punish the south also gave citizenship to all born in the States. With its passage, citizenship was given on the basis of birth, without having any associated responsibility. Prior to that citizenship was granted by the States, NOT by the Federal government. With its passage citizenship no longer derived from association with one’s State, but rather by birth. The unintended consequence is that the illegal criminal immigrants now use this amendment to gain a foothold in their invasion of the American nations.

It is also this same 14th amendment that the Supreme Court used to legalize abortion murder with the rigged Rowe v. Wade decision of the court.
Get this, the decision was based on the presumption of a right to privacy embedded in the amendment. I never saw the right to privacy in the amendment and it is awfully funny how that same right to privacy has now disappeared.

The Texas attorney who argued for the legalization of abortion, Sarah Whittington, failed in her first attempt at presenting her case. She lost Rowe v. Wade at that point. She then received coaching from one of the justices on how to win and the case was reconsidered months later. In the ‘reconsidered’ arguments, she won the case. It is interesting how the original plaintiff has come out and disclosed how there were lies and misrepresentations by her legal team throughout the case. Although law and truth were butchered, Ms. Whittington did such a fine job that she was rewarded with a position in President Carter’s administration.

There is also some questionable legality to the way the 14th amendment was passed anyway. Two of the States sought recessions of their votes. The Southern states were forced to pass it in order to reenter the union (which is passage under duress). There is a standing legal principle that any legal decision made under duress is not valid. No politician or lawyer is about to raise the questioned legitimacy of the amendment since many programs and policies are now based upon it. If they did have the courage to do so, than the whole illegal criminal crisis would be changed overnight. Citizenship based solely on birth would be invalid, and that loophole would be shut permanently. The Administration is not about to even consider such an action as this point. It is fascinating that the current government rests on lies and deception, along with laws and legal decisions surrounded with lies and deceptions. In the light of truth, the Federal government does not have the legitimacy it claims. The very tools it used to hammer the Confederacy have become the Achilles tendon of its existence. This principle was first elucidated by Niccolo Machiavelli when he observed the the tools used to gain power become the very undoing of those powers.

Secession lessons from the Caribbean

How is it that the island of Nevis is pursuing  secession and making headway  on the matter and here in Texas it has not happened?

Nevis is an island that is currently in a federation with the island of St. Kitts. The government of the federation is on St. Kitts. Since it is the larger of the two islands, it dominates the legislature. Nevis often does not receiving funds for its needs from the federation. They have often had to ‘go it alone’, even though the other island takes in revenues from taxes, tourists, etc., none of what they take in is shared between the islands. The Federation has a long history of ignoring the needs of Nevis.

Consider Texas. Do we receive our share of the funds contributed to the Yankee government. Consider all the fuel taxes, income taxes, postage, school taxes and other taxes. What is the likelihood that we receive what the same percentage that was contributed? Not likely.  Consider what the Congress critters have spent money on-things like foreign aid, welfare and other financial programs that they were not given the authorization to spend on. They took on that authority without a valid contract with the people or the states to do so. They operated outside the law, as they continue to do so.

Consider the issues in Congress. Are our voices heard? When the issues important to Texas are considered is action taken? Are the borders with Mexico secured? Do we receive a proportional share of tax dollars for border patrol? Does the Congress consider Texas sensibilities concerning morals, guns, religious issues or values taught in the government indoctrination centers?  Texas sensibilities are often ignored or purposely overruled by federal courts. It is not by accident that Roe v. Wade, Lawrence v. Texas, and other important legal decrees were imposed on Texas and the nation. When the Imperial judges slap down Texas, they are slapping down the values of all Southrons.

If we had been truly educated that when we see places like the island of Nevis clamoring for independence for  less that what has been done to Texas, we would be clamoring for secession as well. In the last secession vote, there were 63% in favor of seceding from St. Kitts. They needed the required 67%. When the next vote comes, it is likely that they will be a new nation. If the small island nation of St. Kitts has the courage to allow Nevis to vote on whether or not to stay in their union, then perhaps the Feds could learn something from that Caribbean nation and consider allowing the Southron states to at least vote on secession.

For Texas,
