In a concerning move, the Swiss bank, UBS is closing all the secret accounts that belong to US citizens.  The move came in response to pressures placed on them by tax authorities from the empire. The empire had pressured Bostonite Bradley Birkenfield to sing and reveal the inner working of the financial transactions, since he was a major banker for UBS.  Many of those holding the accounts are turning themselves into the IRS for avoiding taxes. The 19,000 people who have squared up with the IRS, now have to additionally square up with the DOJ on these matters. Those agencies are investigating if advisors at the bank ‘advised’ the customers on such matters. Those with accounts can either close them or transfer the funds. When they open new accounts at UBS, the reporting laws concerning amounts over $10,000 are now in force for the Swiss bank accounts. This amounts to the empires laws now apply to foreign jurisdictions. The amount in question is about $2 billion.

(Oddly enough, while the empire chases after the $2 billion that was held in secrecy, Speaker of the House, Nancy Peolosi continues to refuse allowing a public debate on the $1 trillion dollar bailout plan before CONgress.)

What does this mean? The empire believes it is entitled to money earned anywhere in the world if you are one of its citizens subjects. This is nothing more than a modernisation of Feudal law. In feudal law, the Lord of the land owned the inhabitants. The ruler owned the posessions, land, people, everything. The move by the tax authorities is nothing more than a modern application of the feudal mindset. The empire is actively taking steps to shut down all fianancial escape routes. UBS had already taken the steps of shutting down the accounts of small account holders. The latest move shuts down the accounts of large account holders. What is a person to do? They could follow the example of Obama and have another citizenship (AEB his trip to Pakistan when it was VERBOTTEN for US citizens to do so. He went in 1981 when it was not allowed for subjects fo the empire, therefore, he is not technically a US citizen, he has the passport of another nation).  His example would be for those concerned people to have passports belonging to other nations. If you believe in “following the money”, someone is chasing money beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the empire.

What does this mean for a Southerner? If the territorial juridictions of soverign nations are not respected, what is to stop the empire from respecting the boundaries placed upon it by the Constitution? It did not stop the empire when it invaded the South in 1861. Now that the usurper has invoked the “spirit of Lincoln”, what is to keep it from happening again?
