Tyson chicken company has decided to drop the labor day holiday and instead give their people the Mohammedean holiday Eid al-Fitr instead. The company claims it is due to the workers wanting that change. The company had already accomodated the Mohammedeans by constructing a prayer room in the facility. Prayer rooms are not in themselves bad, except that the company never provided prayer rooms for Christians and other groups in its history. I have not purchased Tyson chicken in a long time due to their politics. I try to stick with Pilgrim’s Pride or another Texas based producer. Tyson is not friendly to the traditional South in its policies or its actions.
This is a sure sign that the culture war is underway, and that many of the big bisinesses are not supportive of Southern culture. They are making their loyalties known. A visit to their website shows that they are sold out to the environmental global warming myth. Although the company reports to have values that “honor God”, their actions raise concerns.Their actions show as evidenced by the website show more concern for catering to the global warming myths and stockholder returns than honoring God. The suggested meal time prayers contain a recitation of the Mohammedean mantra and its exclusiveness regarding religious beliefs. The site shows the value of ‘accomodation”, rather than one honoring God.
I did not support Tyson before this latest episode and now I am more convicted to do so. Rather than just complain, take steps to not support this betrayal.
